On a Typical Day
WHAT THIS ROLE ACTUALLY DOES
The job, in plain English.
- ✓Answer inbound calls and convert them into booked appointments
- ✓Dispatch the right tech to the right call based on skill + location
- ✓Coordinate emergency calls and capacity overflows
- ✓Manage ServiceTitan job board, status updates, and customer comms
- ✓Run a small handful of outbound calls (recall, membership renewal)
REQUIREMENTS
What you bring.
- ●Phone-friendly, customer-service-first mindset
- ●Comfortable with multi-line phone systems and dispatch software
- ●Strong written communication for SMS / email customer comms
NICE TO HAVE
Bonus points.
- ●ServiceTitan experience
- ●HVAC or plumbing industry background
