Had a brief power surge due to the SRP grid being overloaded. My unit reset and it took about 3 hours for the cold air to return, but Robert from Way Cool was able to make it to my house that same night and discovered I was missing a surge protector, there was a condensation line that was leaking onto the insulation and my roof, and also, performed a maintenance tune up/cleaning. Luis was amazing! Very kind and helpful. I am confident in the work he did and appreciate your services !
