Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of callwaycool.com and the brand sites operated by Way Cool Plumbing & Air (collectively, the "Sites"). By using the Sites, requesting service, or communicating with us through them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Sites.
1. Who we are
Way Cool Plumbing & Air is a residential service company headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, operating in the Greater Phoenix Metro. AZ ROC No. 337360, 354595, 354596.
2. Service requests
Submitting a form, scheduling online, or calling us is a request — not a binding contract for work. A binding agreement is created when a Way Cool technician arrives, diagnoses the issue, and you authorize the proposed scope and price (often via signed estimate). Pricing on the Sites is informational and may change without notice; the price you pay is the price on your signed authorization.
3. Communications consent
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive service-related calls and texts from Way Cool and our service partners, including from automated dialers. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of marketing texts at any time; opting out does not affect texts about an active service request.
4. Reviews and submitted content
If you post a review, comment, or other content via our Sites or on a third-party platform tagging us, you grant Way Cool a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, share, and quote that content for marketing and customer communications. You retain ownership of what you submit.
5. Intellectual property
The Way Cool name, dog mascot, logos, copy, and photography on the Sites are owned by Way Cool Plumbing & Air. You may not copy or republish them for commercial use without our written permission. Third-party logos (manufacturer names, partner badges) are the property of their respective owners.
6. Site availability and accuracy
We try to keep the Sites available and accurate, but we don't guarantee either. Information about products, prices, rebates, or financing may be out of date; confirm with us by phone before relying on it for a purchase decision.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, Way Cool and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Sites. Our total liability for any claim related to the Sites is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Liability for work actually performed under a signed service agreement is governed by that agreement.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Way Cool harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Sites or violation of these terms.
9. Dispute resolution
Any dispute relating to the Sites or these terms will be governed by Arizona law and resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona. Disputes about services actually performed are governed by the service agreement signed at the time of work.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent meaningful update. Continued use of the Sites after a change indicates acceptance.
