- Service history stored in our field service software (ServiceTitan) — equipment installed, invoices, technician notes, and warranty records.
- Payment information handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
- Communications — calls and texts placed through our published business numbers may be recorded for quality assurance. Email correspondence is retained per our records policy.
- Site usage data — pages visited, the device and browser you used, and how you arrived (referrer or ad click). Collected via Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel.
2. How we use it
- To schedule, dispatch, and complete the service you requested.
- To follow up about your service, warranty, or maintenance plan.
- To send relevant promotions, seasonal reminders, and home-performance offers — only if you have opted in.
- To improve our website, our ads, and how we route calls.

Our services are for adult homeowners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.
