On a Typical Day
WHAT THIS ROLE ACTUALLY DOES
The job, in plain English.
- ✓Pull and replace AC systems, furnaces, package units, mini splits
- ✓Run new ductwork to R-8 standard (industry baseline is R-6)
- ✓Verify static pressure, refrigerant charge, and combustion safety on every job
- ✓Document the install with photos for the customer file
- ✓Train apprentices coming up behind you
REQUIREMENTS
What you bring.
- ●EPA 608 certification
- ●Valid AZ driver's license and clean MVR
- ●1+ year HVAC install experience or equivalent
NICE TO HAVE
Bonus points.
- ●Ductwork fabrication experience
- ●Variable-speed inverter install experience
