WHAT THIS ROLE ACTUALLY DOES
The job, in plain English.
- ✓Ride along on service calls; learn diagnostics and repair from a journeyman
- ✓Handle the physical side of the work — drain machine setup, fixture pulls
- ✓Take ServiceTitan notes and photos on every job
- ✓Study for your journeyman exam — we cover prep materials and exam fees
- ✓Run small solo calls (cleanouts, basic repairs) as you progress
REQUIREMENTS
What you bring.
- ●18+, high school diploma or GED
- ●Valid AZ driver's license and clean MVR
- ●Willingness to work, ask questions, and learn the trade
NICE TO HAVE
Bonus points.
- ●Trade school enrolled or completed
- ●Construction or trades exposure
